Amex Every Resy Counts

 

In tough economic times, small businesses often are the ones to take the biggest hits especially the small eateries. While Americans gave up much of what pre-pandemic life looked like, they gained awareness of the powerful impact their individual actions can have on a community.

Together, Amex and their dining partner Resy set out to remind diners starved for connection that small restaurants provide meaningful experiences - any day, not just on special occasions. With that thought, Every Resy Counts was born. It is a month-long reservation drive to get diners into local independent restaurants.

While March 17th marked the most bookings made on one day in Resy’s history, the campaign generated results that exceeded goals throughout the month. Ultimately, when empty tables threatened small eateries and diners were starved for connection, Every Resy Counts filled them up with an important reminder - every day is an opportunity to dine out and support their communities.

THE RESULTS:

8,674,763 resys were completed in march 2022 (+60% from 2021) |

A record high of 24,809,702 diners went to Resy restaurants in the u.s. during the campaign |

10.54% were first time users
