This year, we headed to Chicago with Chef Matt Broussard (@acooknamedmatt) to the world’s first Michelin-starred Filipino restaurant, Kasama. There, he meets chefs and co-owners Genie Kwon and Tim Flores for a docu-style like interview where they share their story and the origin of their renowned Filipino-inspired Kasama Combo sandwich.
